To ORDER:
- Select whether you have previously ordered a digital portrait or not. All stickers must include a digital portrait purchase. 

For new digital portraits:
- A proof will be sent within current processing time estimate. 
- Once the proof is approved, the final drawing will be sent via email in .PNG format.
- The same file will be saved in our database and can be used for future add-on purchases.

General Information:
- This is a hand drawn digital painting, not made with real paint.
- All final drawings are for personal use only, not to be used for resale, for profit or business purposes.

Print Information:
- Prints will be printed on 110lb cardstock.
- Sizes include: 8x10" or 5x7".
- I try my best to capture the true colour of each portrait, however, every camera and computer monitor has different capabilities to capture and display colors. Colours may vary.

Gold Frame Information (if option available):
- Frames are 5x7" in size (portrait or landscape)
- Double sided brass in colour with glass material
- Metal chain is about 40cm in length.

Picture Upload:
- Please select photos that are bright in colour and not taken with poor lighting. 
- Additional photos may be uploaded for reference.
- All photo inquiries may be addressed at sketchesbyskip@gmail.com. Please reference your order number in your email subject.

Shipping:
- Shipping will be untracked and be shipped out within 7 business days.
